At Gods’ Restaurant / Winery of the Gods we host hundreds of customers every day. Passersby, tourists and friends from all over the world, neighbors (locals), famous and not. We had and have the joy and honor of cooking for all people. Regardless of their financial situation, nationality, color, gender, religion and anything else. Always faithful to the traditions of our cuisine and, above all, of our family. Because Gods’ Restaurant may be located (as a physical store) in Makrygianni, in the Acropolis, but the even greater truth is that it is within us, everywhere, in every corner of the Earth, where there is a friend and customer of ours and remembers/reminisces about his moments with us! With the flavors and aromas of mom's (Maria's) kitchen - and until recently our father's (George's) - and our jokes, his laughter, our "thank yous" and "goodbyes"... 

 

Our greatest joy is when we see these people return. Not just the next day, but every time. And even more so in the years to come. When they feel like our restaurant is their home! A place that will always invite them to come back… A Home, because that is what catering is all about… Among all these customers, who have become friends over the years, there are also some famous stars from the world of music, sports, cinema, etc. We will only mention a few and you can refer to our photos and the category OUR CUSTOMERS, to see/find them.

 

There, you will see the legendary guitarist of Iron Maiden Dennis Stratton, as well as their unforgettable first singer Paul Di’Anno, Hansi from Blind Guardian, the huge guitarists Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi) and Uli Jon Roth (Scorpions), the superstars of world sports Giannis Antetokounmpo and Novak Djokovic (as well as the veterans Kaka and Cafu), the current and former players, as well as the coaches of Olympiacos (from football and basketball mainly) Tsikinios, Ze Elias, Stelios Giannakopoulos, Constantis Tzolakis, Dino Ratzas, Ruben Volkovitzky, Giorgos Bartzokas, the great Greek actor Vassilis Charalambopoulos and the internationally renowned Nia Vardalos from Hollywood and of course “A Greek Wedding”, and many others. Gods’ Restaurant is not, however, just them or us! It is all of you… So, feel free to stop by or come back, so that we can see you (again) in person!
